Police Arrest Stabbing Suspect With 'Psycho' Forehead Tattoo

A Tennessee man who has the words "psycho" tattooed on his forehead and "Nazi" inked on his throat is accused of stabbing another man in the stomach.
Police allege Charles White knifed Jess Miller on a street in LaFollette Wednesday evening, according to WATE.

Cops found 34-year-old Miller around 6:45 p.m. He had severe knife wounds to his abdomen.

                                                    

Miller was airlifted to the University of Tennessee's Trauma Center in Knoxville, where he remains in critical condition, per WATE.

White turned himself in to LaFollette Police Department officers shortly after midnight on Thursday.
The 44-year-old is being held on felony aggravated assault charges at Campbell County Jail, reports The Smoking Gun.
